I had the pleasure of receiving physiotherapy sessions from Chara, and his expertise is truly exceptional. *His magic hands* and deep knowledge of physiotherapy techniques helped me recover much faster than expected. He understands his profession thoroughly and applies the right techniques with precision, ensuring effective treatment.

Chara creates a friendly and professional atmosphere, making sessions both comfortable and motivating. His hands-on approach and genuine care made a huge difference in my recovery.

This is a great gym, really welcoming and well equipped. I've got back into fitness after a long break and the gym is really easy to navigate as a beginner, and has friendly staff. The womens changing rooms are clean and cleaned very often, and the gym has a good range of equipment. Big thank you to my PT Mia who has been so helpful in helping me feel more confident lifting weights again! She is very supportive and I really enjoy our sessions 🙂

Great gym. I come here twice a week for PT/rehab post-knee operation - equipment and interior looks great, and everyone (both staff and members) are really friendly. I'm very much considering joining after the contract at my current gym expires!

I joined this gym since it had opened but only recently stopped going due to relocated to Wales. It's a great gym with top of the range equipment. Also great atmosphere and the people there are lovely.

I'm coming back to the area in March for a few days so hopefully I can pop back to the gym for a workout and see some old friendly faces!

I've been going to this gym since it's been opened. It has a very family feel business. The staff are very friendly. They are continuing adding or upgrading new equipment/accessories. They have a great range of classes too. Carla is an amazing PT and her class are very good.

I want to start by giving a huge shoutout to Dan, the gym owner, for creating such an amazing space in Southwest London. The atmosphere here is second to none, and it’s clear that the focus is not only on fitness but also on recovery and overall well-being.

Speaking of recovery, I’ve been fortunate to receive treatment from Cagri (Chara), the physio here, and I can honestly say he’s a magician! His approach is incredibly professional, but it’s his genuine care and dedication that set him apart. He takes extra time with every appointment, ensuring I feel better each time and never rushing through the process. It’s clear that Cagri’s main priority is his work and building strong, supportive relationships with his clients—not about making extra money. His skill and commitment have been life-changing for me.

The staff at the gym deserve just as much praise. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s helping with a workout plan or answering questions, they truly care about the members and make every visit enjoyable.

Average gym with average gear. Pretty clean but male changing room smelled bad every time I visited. They don't have all the classes they advertise. Their poorly designed app doesn't work when you actually need it and won't work at all if you want to contact them. Front desk won't help you if you want to end your membership either but will tell you to contact them by email. And as per their terms you are forced to pay 1 extra month when you want to leave. I think i got a better value even at pure gym for half of the price.

Hahaha and now they top it with 2 lies that I've been abusive and asked to leave. That's actually crazy

The most amazing gym!! All the staff and PT’s are so approachable and really motivate you to do your best. Great variety of classes offered I especially love Carla’s Raise the Bar class <3
