While I didn't end up purchasing a car from Austin eAutos, it's important I still write a review about my experience with them. I was looking for a specific car that they had in their inventory, but I live in California and obviously couldn't see or drive the car. I spoke with 2 different sales assistants who were both extremely pleasant and helpful. Any request I made they would accommodate. I asked for a detailed walk around analysis - done. I asked for pictures or details on even the smallest of spots on the car - done. I asked for their personal 1 - 10 rating on the car for exterior and interior - done. No questions asked. They were so patient and on-point, highlighting any imperfections that I may want to see. Since I needed the car before Christmas, however, there wasn't enough time with shipping to make the deal happen.

To the two gals that helped me - thank you for all you did! And to the dealership - you must have a great culture there since I was 2 out of 2 on meeting amazing sales reps. Keep it up!

Noel and their co-workers at Austin e Autos were absolutely amazing. My partner and I felt so welcome, respected and taken care of - it was a great experience. The business looked new, clean and comfortable - we got to look at many different cars in their large indoor showroom. Everyone appeared authentic, welcoming and communicated clearly. We never felt pressured in any way. Questions were encouraged and answered or researched. Once we made our decision, Stephanie walked us thru every step of contracts, signing every form and answering every question I had. We were finished in no time and drove off with a beautiful 21 BMW i3. This is my 6th car purchase and it was by far the best experience. I highly recommend doing business with Austin e Autos if you're looking to go electric/hybrid.

Thought I would take a moment to commend your dealership on a stellar experience from the first call to after sales support.

For anyone reading this, forget everything you know from your past dealer experience. I encourage you to search their website for you're next vehicle. They mainly specialize in gently used EV vehicles but also have quality trade-ins.

I scheduled a time to test drive a trade in. The Lexus GX 460 was a cream puff and well taken care of.
My representative was Noelle. She answered all of my questions and supportive of my concerns. As I wavered on my decision to purchase it there was never any pressure or repetitive calls. I got back to her at my convenience and requested an additional inspection of the vehicle. She set that up and we reviewed the vehicle. It appeared to check out fine. I then purchased it, shook hands and thanked them for the pleasant experience.

Two days later I discovered a slow leak in the radiator which had been there a while. Something they and I did not see. They could hear that I was disgruntled. Yet, I knew that I purchased it as is and declined an extended warranty.

Based on the facts surrounding this transaction, Austin e Autos chose to make the repair with OEM parts at their cost to ensure complete customer satisfaction. (they had already spent a good chunk on the make ready of this car, mind you) Plus they provided me a loaner car for the day. The repair shop manager Logan was very communicative and instrumental in the timely execution of the repair.

If you are still reading, all this is to say, my experience with Austin e Autos was unlike any other. They they gave me fair trade-in value on my car which, I also had purchased from them 2 years prior.

I purchased a used car from Austin E-Autos a year ago (please forgive me for taking so much time to write a review), and I must say the whole buying experience was amazing.

The team at Austin E-Autos is really laid back and trustworthy. From the first test drive, Ariel was very helpful and allowed me to take my time with the car without any rush. He even addressed all of my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable with the car. The service team fixed the problems I found during the test drive, and they allowed me to take the car for a mechanical inspection without any questions asked. Ariel went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed and the car was in top condition.

The out-of-door price was transparent and reasonable. They didn't add any unnecessary fees or try to sell me any additional products. Stephanie from the finance team was friendly, and straightforward, explaining everything clearly without any hidden tricks.

Even though I didn't end up financing with them, Chris was still accommodating and gave me a ride to the bank. They made the whole buying process easy and stress-free, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car at a reasonable price without having to deal with the typical dealership haggling.

Was an excellent, efficient experience buying my Chevy Bolt here! Noelle was fantastic and did all she good to get all my questions answered. A greater business to support so come check out their cars! Small details like topping off my car before I depart, detailing it further when I was purchasing it, and not having to hassle for price (they do one price) was great. On the other side of their business, with their 30 day/1000 mile warranty for my car, I had a very minor inconvenience that I wanted checked out just in case, so Logan, part of their service team, had me drop my car off at their dealership and they drove it to a nearby Chevy dealership and gave me a loaner! As I said it was a very small issue, the car was in excellent condition when I bought it. Overall, it has been fantastic. Austin E Autos is a shining light for business in Austin.

I had the best experience trading in my vehicle here. The process was super fast, the price of the vehicle and value offered for my trade-in were absolutely fair, and the staff are all super friendly! All of the cars are in great shape.

My only complaint is that I'm now in a situation where I can't drive my car because the title/registration wasn't transferred within' the 30 days that it's supposed to be done. It's been about 60 days since I purchased the vehicle and the plates were just sent and the title only just now transferred. I also called the tax office and wasn't able to pick-up my custom plates because the title hadn't been transferred yet. It's not a huge deal, but a little frustrating to have a new car that I love that I can't legally drive on the road because the temporary plates are expired with the registration not transferred. Likewise, I would be in a bind if this we're my only car.

However, I still love this dealership and would absolutely recommend them!

Recently, I purchased a car from Austin e Autos with Danny Sosa. Danny is awesome and so easy to work with. He makes you feel comfortable and is honest with you. The staff was easy to work with and so nice! Stephanie handled the financing paperwork and was so fast! I think this was the quickest car purchase ever! There is no haggling or upselling. What you see is what you get - which is a nice change for the auto dealership industry. I highly recommend Austin e Autos and specifically Danny!

Knowledgeable, friendly, transparent and not pushy. They took the time to thoroughly answer questions and had someone with specific knowledge on the tax credit. They offer a 30-day warranty which others may not on used cars. Didn't end up buying from them because another dealer had a better deal on the car I was looking for, but would happily buy from them in the future.
