HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INFLATED PRICES! I never review but feel this place is so bad it is my duty to let you know.

Over the last 2 months, I've spent $300+ at this store. WHY? While the PRICES ARE VERY HIGH, it is on my way home and was convenient.

My first purchase was an e-cigerette vaporizer pen called the "ego one vape pen" for $89 (retails for $39 online). I also bought $20 of e-juice. During this purchase, I was told not to buy the discount pens because if they don't work I can't return it. Ok, I'll take your word. AND, if I have a problem in the future, I anticipate them honoring their word.

A week later, I came back and bought a Grenco MicroG 2.0 Vaporizer pen for $79 (retails online for $54).

The following week, I bought the Smokly eBlack 650mah for $39 (retails online for $29). This worked great for a week and then I lost it.

I went back 2 weeks ago and bought another Smokly eBlack 650mah as a replacement for another $39 (again retails online for $29). I also bought some other over-priced accessories for another $40.

This last purchase--the Smokly eBlack 650mah--was clearly defective. It only holds a charge for 10 minutes (a 650mah battery should last at least 4-6 hours). OK, I thought. I will go back to the store and ask them to honor their word that they stand behind their full priced vape pens. I've been out of town on business and haven't been able to return it.

Today, 14-days later, I went back to simply exchange the clearly DEFECTIVE unit. They first tried to blame the issue on me. After another customer confirmed he has had the same issue with the same product, they then said they only accept returns after 7-days. WHAT? They then were very rude and insisted nothing could be done... Great way to run a business.

In all, I calculate I've spent $310 in 2 months. I should have bought everything online and saved $115. YES, they markup their products on average 30%. And, despite all my business, they wouldn't replace a battery that likely costs them less than $10.

BEWARE: DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Awesome place. Really solid collection of name brand and all types of glass. Could walk around the store for days. Lots of inventory with a very kind and knowledgable staff. Cant go wrong stopping by.

I got an Airbox today that was supposed to last me for 5 days (with 5000 puffs). Turned out it is some knock-off version that finished mid-day. Will not be buying anything from here again.
