Dr. Del Casale has a very gentle bedside manner, which can be very comforting when being treated at an urgent care facility. He explains what he is doing as he goes along, so one is prepared for what to expect. His concern and follow up with the patient and their recovery is really appreciated!

I had the worst experience with this clinic it says on their website that the doctor is osteopathic doctor and i called them to make sure that he is they said yes and they made me change my insurance plan to come and see him cause they didnt accept my plan so i took apointment to go and see him when i went i they told me the doctor is not here and it turned out that he is just a primary doctor so they lied to me and made change my insurance and wait months all of that because to let me visit him and take money from my insurance i dont know what to say horrible staff and doctor they are just punch of scammers.

Dr Del Casale is an excellent physician. He was attentive and sensitive to my needs. He told me what to do and prescribed the best antibiotic. I improved in less than 24 hours and I feel so much better! Great!

Buenas tarde . Fui a ese hospital porque tenía una muy fuerte alergia del polen , me fue mi difícil comunicarme con el doctor .. sus secretarías no dan ninguna ayuda , parece que no le gusta el trabajo que hacen .. que mala experiencia tuve .. estaba muy mal y tuve que dormir 3 noche mal .. llamaba al hospital y fue tan difícil para mi comunicarme, me dejaban esperando , y me cerraban , después me decían que me hibas a llamar y no me llamaban .. fue súper mal

I was called in fairly quick and received a thorough examination. Staff was polite and friendly. Unfortunately, I had some sort of reaction to a bandaid used after my shingles vax which left a mark of the bandaid on my arm.
