This visit was for my daughter. Despite the large number of visitors, the consultant approached us quite quickly. He quickly understood what we wanted and promptly took all the necessary actions. Everything was resolved quickly, with courtesy and respect from the consultant. We were very pleased with this visit.

I had to return twice, and each time they tell me a different story. Also, the attendant during my last visit came across as condescending… If you don’t like talking to customers, always remember that finding another job is an option, buddy.

먼저 온 거 뻔히 알고도 다른 백인 우선 응대함.(그 직원 바로 옆에 20분 앉아서 대기했는데;;)
여행에 필요한 sim카드 말했는데 무슨 은행계좌가 필요하다고 딴 소리함. 딱봐도 우리 관광객처럼 보일텐데; 결국 인터넷에서 찾은 내용 보여주니까 그제서야 1달짜리 sim카드 보여줌.
동양인이라 그런건지..응대가 너무 기분 나쁨.

مكان مناسب للي يحبون يشترون شريحة بيانات لا محدودة
موقعهم في مكان مناسب لأهم المعالم والشوارع في ادنبرة
وفعليا شريت منهم شريحة بيانات غير محدودة لمدة شهر
ما اتذكر كم السعر بس اعتقد كان قريب من 50 باوند
اللي يبون يعتبرون هذا سعر غالي بكيفهم بس انا يهمني النت وفعلا كان شغال بشكل ممتاز طول الوقت وسرعته عاليه

Waste of time. They cannot advise about going SIM only they just say it is really expansive end of contract charges. I phoned EE customer service who were brilliant. Had me sorted very quickly and no admin charges!
