Overpriced used items. Nothing of value or can be gifted. Disgusting treatment. Don’t waste your time here.

I came here for a couple of repairs and to checkout a few pieces. I found that his items are overpriced and store is neglected to the max. He’s selling costume jewelry for the price of sterling silver. You can tell things have been sitting there for a while collecting dust. I asked to see a few pieces thinking they would be either gold or silver, turns out it’s costume and he’s trying to sell them for an arm and a leg. Trust me these things cannot be gifted. I ended up committing to one pair of earrings he told me they would be $30. I also asked to have a couple of my chains repaired (another $30) After he “cleaned the earrings” (ended up stripping the gold plaiting on them), he told me they’re $35 when it came time for checkout after he clearly said they’re $30. When I backed out and didn’t want to buy them, he said he doesn’t want to do business with me, gave me back the chains that I wanted to repair, raised his voice (outright screamed), and said some racist remakes. If you’re not going to buy something from him, he will show you his nasty side. He has no regards for any new customers. I have gone to many jewelry stores and dealt with many jewelers, but I have never been treated with such disrespect and disgrace. Please beware.

The store could use some new merchandising touches/updates. Convenient shop for a last-minute gift idea if looking for real gold jewelry within walking distance and want to support local establishments. The clerk was able to change the batteries for my friend's watches.
He was quick and friendly.

Came to find out about this place online.Had services done here a few times. Services performed were changing watch baterries and jewelry repair both of which were done very well This jeweller seems very knowlegeable and did a very good job. Glad to have found this place.
