Jake came out to assembly my father’s new scooter. He was AWESOME!! We called on Tuesday & Jake came out today (Wednesday). He told me the approximate time & cost & delivered on everything!! My Dad (& myself) could not be more thrilled with the service, Jake & his company!! Thank you so much for everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Every aspect of our transaction with E mobilize was professional, efficient and timely. From Russ answering the phone and answering all questions along with setting up the appointment. Jake and Mat were great at assembling our bikes. They arrived on time and did what they said they were going to do. They assembled our bikes and had them custom tuned in no time. We would highly recommend. They also service bikes and come right to your door!

I got a new Schwinn hybrid bike from my mom for Christmas and was worried it may not be able to be adjusted enough to fit me. Russ recommended a new seat and came out to install it, plus fit me for my bike. I feel super comfortable riding it now and am looking forward to all the adventures I will go on in the future!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. E-Mobilize solve a new business challenge within the new e-bike vertical. How do I set up my bike to be safe and make sure I have access to all the features available to the rider. I would highly recommend these guys if you’re having issues on set up or how to ride in a safe manner. My wife bought a e-bike on line and we quickly realized that it wasn’t working properly. We called E-Mobilize and they quickly dispatched a tech who told us that the controller was bad. We had a new one shipped and they came out and replaced and tested the bike. Good and new! These guys are great !!

Aways on time, communicating well, always do great job on the e-bike maintenance, priced OK. Plus the convenience of coming to your home... not everyone has a holder for those heavy e-bikes for the car... We used them couple of times already and will keep using for sure.

Excellent service from this mobile bike repair company. Jake has worked on my e-bike two times now and does a great job! The first service visit was to upgrade the brakes on my e-bike with the hydraulic kit. The second time I went to a local tune up event where he was able to not only tune up my bike and get it ready to ride again, but also replace a flat tire that I’ve been needing to fix for a while now. Quick, professional and friendly service. Highly recommend this company
