Please listen — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I paid nearly $900 essentially for B-12 shots. For starters, I never saw a doctor, not once, not even after I asked to. Kudos for Sonia for a really good sales pitch but in the end it felt like a giant scam. Other than the B-12 shots, they recommend a 1 week “detox” diet to start which if you stick to this diet religiously you will lose weight. The challenge is that you cannot stick to this diet forever and every week that I came and saw continued weight gain, Sonia just gave me a B-12 shot and told me to do the detox diet again for another week. This went on for months. In addition, apparently Sonia is the only one who could administer the B-12 shots and since they don’t utilize appointments, there were a number of times I showed up after driving almost an hour to be told that Sonia wasn’t there so I couldn’t get the shot. That meant I got turned away because there wasn’t anything else they did at a visit besides that. The other thing that bummed me out about this place is that they do not seem to care about their patients once they successfully get their money. There were numerous time where my schedule resulted in me not being able to go to the center for weeks — there wasn’t so much as a call or text to check in and see how I was doing or whether I was planning to come in. It took them 4 months to call after I had found another practice and hit my weight loss goals. By the way that practice is Dr. G’s Weightloss Center in Brickell — I HIGHLY recommend them over this sham of a place. Do not waste your money — you have been warned.

Terrible experience overall.
I came based on google reviews, which I now question due to my awful experience.
I wanted a month or two of lipotropic shots and Sonia only offered one plan of unlimited shots for $850 despite having other packages. The next day on April 4th, I called to modify my plan as I was not happy with the package on She did not want to refund me and offered 10 lipotropic shots for $420 and tried to add an additional $100 for a free treatment she offered. I refused to pay the extra $100 so we agreed on 10 lipo shots for $420 and a refund of $430. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received a refund.
I only got 2 shots and wont ever go back because I feel UNCOMFORTABLE having Sonia the manager inject me, I don’t trust her at all. She has a negative energy which she tries to hide by being overly friendly but it’s all deceptive. The yelp reviews for this place are all NEGATIVE but true!
I’m disgusted and regret coming here. Worst place in Miami.

My husband and I have been coming here for 5 months and I have lost 35 lbs and my husband over 40 lbs. We are super happy with our results! The staff is very friendly and professional and treat us like family. They offer different diet plans, b12 injections to help you loose weight, and Lipo laser which is amazing! I highly recommend this clinic for reaching your weight loss goals.

I highly recommend Physicians Weight Loss on SW 40th Street (Bird Road) in Miami. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. I have lost 24 lbs. in a little over 2 months. The B-12 shots+ really do work along with a healthy diet.
