To all beginning pilots, commercial pilot and pilots going back into flying; Pilots of Organizations and Groups… If you are try to get your medical certificate this is NOT the doctor you want to visit. You may want to think twice, go to another city, but not here. I talked to Earl Martin D.O. in detail about my medical certificate before I paid to see him – just to make sure I was on the right track. Dr. Martin, agreed he said, “I understand your circumstance, call my office to set up an appointment.” So, I did. Filled out all needed paperwork, scheduled an appointment, and paid all the fees his office required before I went back into the office… about two weeks went by, I called the office to get a follow up, and receptionist kept telling me to leave a message – I did. Dr. Martin never returned my call after several calls, nor did he follow up with me… about a week or so later he had his receptionist speak for him. I quote “YOUR PROCESS IS GOING TO TAKE TOO MUCH OF MY TIME”. He has not offer an apology to this day. Now, I have to start the entire process all over. I feel my time is not important, but a lot of money was spent…

As previous reviews have stated, Claudia is a very rude and unprofessional. My husband has been a patient there for years and despite their awful treatment of patients from the front office staff he continued to see Dr. Martin. Today was the last straw for us. I called to reschedule my husband’s appointment and was met with Claudia’s nasty attitude, as usual. She tried to tell me that his appt was the 13th and he no showed however I know for a fact his appointment was for the 20th because I made it last week and had to make sure he could make the appt on the 20th as he already had another one scheduled with his hand surgeon. When I kindly said “no his appt was the 20th” she repeated in her nasty tone “no it was the 13th and he no showed”. I admit I did get loud with her at that point because her level of disrespect needed to be matched. Ultimately, I told her not to worry about it that we would be leaving the practice anyway and not to worry about it.
I have worked the front desk for several medical offices and I know how difficult a job it can be so I take extra care to be kind and understanding when I speak with medical professionals, however after being treated like crap for years any time I have called I finally had enough.
Unfortunately, nothing will be done about the rude, uncaring, and down right disrespectful office staff because the doctor’s allow it and in my opinion reward it, hence their sign that states if a patient is rude to their staff they will be fired as a patient on the spot, the same care is not given to their patients because their staff is allowed to be rude, condescending and they still continue to have their jobs. It’s well known in the area how this office treats their patients.

I have been going to Martin Diagnostics for several years, and I no longer can deal with the admin. I have never been treated so bad by the front desk staff. They're super unprofessional and always have attitude when trying to schedule. When trying to get refills you better check it twice because it's always late or wrong prescription sent in to pharmacy and they will not take accountability. You may be without a prescription for a couple days, it's a shame because if Dr. Martin and his son Junior knew the kind of people he had working for them, they would be very disappointed. The Office Manager is extremely disrespectful as well and you will get no where with them. I would definitely be careful considering Martin Diagnostics as your primary. Great doctors but the staff make it unbearable.

When talking to the staff and you get the person name Claudia she is very unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy and doesn’t know how to do her job she never sends out the prescription refills. There’s multiple reviews of this Claudia with only two stars. How is she still employed here? The doctor is very sweet. It’s just Claudia that makes us never want to come back! Shame!

Fantastic place where the best Doctor in Texas is. Read reviews before going there and found awesome service from the staff, conviene scheduling, and fast service. I have no issue referring this clinic and doctor to anyone because he is simply great. If you’re a pilot he is also so he knows what he is talking about. Just a few minutes from Main Street Tomball. Solid 5 all the way around.

I should have added this rest of my review, I have been with Dr Earl F Martin Sr, not Dr Butch, but Senior and he is a rare gem. Wonderful doctor that continually checks my reports and has kept me healthy, even though I have a tough diagnosis of CVID. Also, the medical staff, especially the young woman at the front desk with the small children, she is always and ready to give me a smile and hello. Jerri, answers the phone with the same warmth and kindness. Also, my nurses are quick and thorough and get my facts correct for Dr Earl F Martin Sr.
I have been with the office for around six or seven years now.

The doctor is fine but the office staff is AWFUL!!! They could seriously care less about the patients that come in. They are terribly rude. We like the doctor but are switching because the office staff is so unpleasant. When someone is sick the last thing they want to deal with is someone being rude. If you call to ask a question or need to leave a message for the doctor they act like you are a huge inconvenience. Dr. Martin operates off Christian principles, you would think that he would expect his office staff to operate the same way. There is some disconnect there because those ladies have absolutely no compassion for the sick as they come in for their visits.

I have been going to Dr. Butch for about 5 years or more. I love him. I will agree with some of the reviews that say the staff is rude, sometimes. Most times they are not. The office mgr, frnt desk associate and Ms. Jerry have been helpful to me. Keep in mind I have multiple health issues and they have worked with me and helped me through some of my worst concerns. I started seeing Dr. Butch when I left another Dr. who barely new who I was after going to him for several years. Dr. Butch has a great bedside manner and is concerned about the person not the money. I am usually able to get in pretty quickly and he will discuss each concern I have.
