I'm frustrated with Nitzia's office as they canceled my child's appointment, citing a previous no-show. Despite explaining I had rescheduled and it was a mutual error, they stuck to the doctor's policy, refusing to see my child. This lack of flexibility and understanding is disheartening. I expected a more compassionate response. I caution other parents about Nitzia's office's lack of professionalism and unwillingness to work with patients in situations beyond their control.

Yes, there can be wait times. Yes, sometimes the front desk could be more welcoming. But we have been seeing Dr. Cepeda for six years now. She's amazing AND we've never had any issues with their billing.

We love dr. Cepeda!! She is always smiling and being so kind with both parents and little patients. She’s also so knowledgeable and confident in her diagnosis and recommendations. We moved to Austin in the middle of pandemic and she and her staff were very accommodating accepting new patients while other pediatricians were not. Her nurses are also fantastic and I highly recommend her practice if you are looking for a trustworthy and lovely human doctor for your kids.

We moved from San Antonio and had to find a new pediatrician for our son. I felt that they really thought about the children because the waiting room was very toddler friendly. There were comfy couches, toys for the tots, and lots of books/mags. The rooms were very clean and also had entertaining toys. We chose to see Dr. Cepeda due to her many positive reviews online and was more than satisfied. She was very welcoming and kind hearted. Our son held her hand and took to her right away. He was happy and giggling throughout the entire appointment!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Cepeda! She's an amazing Pedi and we genuinely feel the sincere care for our son. I interviewed 7 pediatricians and she really stuck out to me. She doesn't take our insurance so we pay cash because we didn't want to lose her. When we visit with her, she always remembers our son's name and where we left off at the last visit (and before). There's is always a personal touch with Dr. Cepeda. She hugs and coddles him as if he was her own. She recommends what my son needs and rules out the rest of the fluff with a detailed explanation. Being new parents, she details his current stage of development, where he is and where he should be every step of the way. Thankfully our boy is healthy but she's caught a couple of issues she wanted to address just in case, recommended the best specialist to see, and follows up to make sue the concern was addressed. Even better, Dr. Cepeda is a sweetheart! Not only is our son receiving the best care, her bedside manner is impeccable.

I used to go to her as a child and now take my kids to her! Shes UHMAZING!! you can tell she loves what she does, she listens to all your questions and concerns. I Recommend her to everyone, shes that awesome!!

We really like her. She is open-minded and pleasant. She seems very genuine and doesn't talk down to you like some doctors.
