I would recommend this place to anyone! The driver that showed with my hospital bed his name is James. Very courteous, well mannered, supper quick and explained to me how my bed worked. He was not here that long but I appreciate the kindness he has. Ask for James..enough said...Thank You E Care!!

Ecare medical delivered a hospital bed to my mom home today. I would say the star of the show other than getting the bed is a young man, James who delivered set up and explain the workings of this bed. He also went over and above and puts a Wheels on the legs instead of where they were positioned just so it would be a little taller for me. He was polite and good natured and didn't mind our crazy dogs at all. This is our first time doing business with e care and just simply because of this young man I would go back again. If they're hiring men of this caliber to greet their customers and their homes then the company must be a very fine business

From request to delivery they have been professional and polite. James, the delivery person was very courteous and kind. He was very proficient and professional while delivering and was respectful of my home by making sure I understood the contact, how the equipment worked and taking any trash from delivery with him. Would use this company again.

I just had a Full Electric Hospital Bed Rental with Full side Rails by Invacare - 350 lbs. Cap that included Delivery of equipment & assembly. It was delivered and assembled by James who was very polite and professional. After assembling the bed, James was thorough in explaining on how to use the controls and when to call to have it picked up when we are done with it.

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN OR WITH BCBS AS THEY ARE NOT AN IN-NETWORK PROVIDER. Look around as there are plenty of other DME providers in the area. Sadly the hospital my husband was in required that we have a wheelchair. Apparently the hospital couldn't provide one on the weekend and found this to be the only location that had what we needed. Wish I had known.
