He was very organized and listened intently, was able to answer and explain with precision all my questions and concerns. It only took one meeting and I was convinced. From start to finish, working with Sean Bendula from Empower was such a great experience. When we first decided to look into solar, we wanted to make sure we did our due diligence- we interviewed 4 companies, talked with our friends and co-workers about their experiences, and read as many reviews as we could. Working with Empower, specifically Sean, surpassed every expectation we had. He took the time to educate us on the process, answer my questions thoroughly no matter how many times I lobbed an “ok, but what about…” at him. For us, the project entailed getting a new roof - that aspect was completed in one day by the most meticulous crew - there was not one stray nail left anywhere! Navigating the town inspections, the electric company changing things over, installation, and even the app - I was kept in the loop every step but we didn’t have to get involved in the minutia of it, empower handled it all. The customer service is the best I’ve seen or experienced in a very long time. To come out on the other side of install still feeling like you have a friend at the other end of the phone to ask questions to if you have them is a really good feeling - this is not just a let me sell you something and walk away experience. It’s not just Sean, Stephanie was also incredible- talking to her over the phone also felt like I was talking to a friend who cared about my experience and was invested in my outcome. Kudos to Empower for having such great customer service and I’m so grateful for the team we worked with. We love the look of our panels and love the $0.00 electric bills just as much!

The whole experience was wonderful. Everything was thing was thoroughly explained. They took care of all the permitting. We were notified in advance of installation, and what time to expect the team. The team was prompt, explained what parts of our house they needed access to, and got right to work. When the team finished they cleaned up nicely. It was explained to us what the next steps were to get the system inspected and working. Great experience!
