Empower Energy Solutions

AJ Palmer is an outstanding individual who was able to breakthrough my skepticism about solar with his professionalism and knowledge of the industry. He was very organized and listened intently, was able to answer and explain with precision all my questions and concerns. It only took one meeting and I was convinced. His communication skills were invaluable to me, keeping me informed throughout the whole process start to finish. He was extremely gracious taking my calls and texts anytime day or night, weekends and holidays when questions or concerns came up. I would highly recommend Him and his Empower teams to anyone.

The whole experience was wonderful. Everything was thing was thoroughly explained. They took care of all the permitting. We were notified in advance of installation, and what time to expect the team. The team was prompt, explained what parts of our house they needed access to, and got right to work. When the team finished they cleaned up nicely. It was explained to us what the next steps were to get the system inspected and working. Great experience!

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Empower Energy! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and made sure to explain every step of the process clearly. They were also incredibly polite and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. What stood out the most was their attention to detail, especially when it came to cleanup. Once the installation was complete, they left the area spotless — you wouldn’t even know they had been there! If you’re looking for a reliable and top-notch solar installer, I highly recommend Empower Energy.

I had my solar panels installed 5 weeks ago now and turned on 1 week ago- so far, so good. Throughout the process, the communication from the entire Empower team was excellent. The staff are very responsive to questions. I had to delay my install and they were very understanding. Ryan was great to work with, from the initial meeting through the end! I would highly recommend Empower to anyone looking to make the switch.

Working with Chris from start to finish on our solar installation was the difference for us. He spent a lot of time not only in the beginning explaining how the process would go but also throughout the process to keep us informed on what was next and to ask how we felt after each step. The online mock-up of our property showing the rationale for how many units we needed installed was definitely very helpful. Chris was professional, thoughtful, and consistently communicating throughout the process. We are very glad we chose Chris and Empower for our solar installation. And the installation team was very efficient and did a great job, leaving behind next to no litter. Happy to recommend Empower to anyone!
