An exclusive women’s only cross fitness studio in Palakkad with all facilities. Ramya and Archana are Reebok and zin certified trainers.Centre provides all kind of cross fitness training which includes Zumba, Aerobics, and weight training.They provide Convenient time slots for working women’s and house wife’s.They have personal dietician helping in maintaining healthy diet along with these workouts.Recently they hosted Dandiya night and was a wonderful evening.Really happy to be part of EnerG.

This studio is hands-down the best place to work out! The trainers bring so much energy and expertise, and they make every session enjoyable and effective. There’s a great selection of classes to choose from, so I can always switch things up and stay motivated. The studio itself is clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could need. A Wonderful pair of women are heading this ladies only fitness establishment.. Both of them are dedicated and will make sure you do your workouts right.. They will help you modify your routines as fits your best.. They also give a variety of zumba, aerobics, circuit training and strength training giving you a cumulative experience.. I have been attending for the last 2 months and I see considerable increase in my strength and endurance.. I commend them and i hope they thrive in their endeavor! Thank you ladies!

I had attended classes of other ladies only fitness centre in palakkad but what makes enerG fitness studio different is the professional training by certified trainers. In my experience, I'm a person with regular calf muscle cramps but the importance they give for the warm up and cool down sessions as well as muscle strengthening training keep my cramps away. I started my regular fitness journey from 2021 but last two month journey with enerG is remarkable. I truly recommend every ladies out there to choose enerG fitness studio to stay fit and healthy.

Well trained lady's fitness center and my friends and cousins are really satisfying of attending the class. Professionally doing Aerobics and they used to direct physical movement according to one's body nature and directing proper diet. On the day one you will get motivation to reduce junk unhealthy food if you are honestly to stop taking the unhealthy diet.
