Just wow. Electricity providers and plans have been an absolute nightmare for me while living in Texas. Add in the record breaking heat with obnoxious electric bills and you get a recipe for disaster. EnerGenie is who saved me from my nightmare. The customer service was not only top tier but extremely honest and transparent, an absolute breath of fresh air compared to other companies who provide the same service. They handle my electric plan, find me the lowest priced provider - literally saved over 30 percent on my bills after making this move. Easy to use interface is a huge plus, you can’t get better than this. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. 5 stars.

I was lucky to find EnerGenie, and have them do all the hard work for me. The customer service is amazing, and goes above and beyond to always keep me informed of better plans to help save me money. Not only do they do all the work to find the perfect plan to keep my costs as low as possible, but if an even better plan is found, once I agree, they do all the work to set it up for me. Greatest energy provider ever. Living in a one bedroom apartment and my energy bill never exceeds over $100.
