Giving it one star because if I hadn’t dabbled in door 2 door myself I would have been completely suckered into the scam. I have the guy the satisfaction of thinking I was an easy score but then canceled my account as soon as he walked away. He never mentioned anything important to sign up and was just trying to hit his goal. I will be submitting my ring camera video to the BBB along with the contract that he highlighted nothing about.

The police were called because the man working for this company would not leave the hallway after repeated requests to do so. He was provoking & harassing a 67 yr old woman (myself) by continually saying that even my own family doesn’t love me because I’m so angry & I’m so miserable because I don’t have any money & his boss is a millionaire. He literally stood there and refused to leave. I told him that I was going to call the police if he didn’t leave. He persisted to continually harass me & my 76 year-old neighbor who was in the hallway with me at this time called the police. Upon finally leaving, he went to the neighbor next-door talking about me & said to him, what does she think, I’m a rapist? No, I did not think he was a rapist, and I was angry because he refused to leave when repeatedly asked to do so. And as far as having no money, I’m not the one going door-to door harassing senior citizens to earn a living. And, I would suggest to anyone to call the police if you are harassed by anyone working for this company. They will have lawsuits soon enough

Zero stars. This company is a SCAM. Just like everyone else, they came to my door pretending to be from my apartment complex. Talked about the rate increase but that we were all charged too soon, so we’re owed a refund. He’s just “making sure we get our refund.” I didn’t sign anything, but reading these reviews tells me it doesn’t matter if I sign anything or not. I called my electric company and told them to put a block on my account and that I did NOT approve a switch. I see the company’s responses to everyone’s complaints are just cut and paste, call this number, we’re so sorry…blah blah blah. Can’t they be turned in to BBB? This is fraud. I have the whole conversation on my ring camera with the guy that came to my door. So I can prove that I did NOT sign up. I will SUE this company if they even try to switch me. Fraud is a big deal.

This is a terrible company. I live in NJ and somehow they obtained my account information for my electricity and gas. I was able to cancel the gas but the electricity was billed out two months before I noticed. I called Indra and asked for proof I signed up for their services. After three weeks I get a copy of I guess what is supposed to be a signed contract but clearly not my signature.
I immediately responded and demanded a refund. I am not sure if the rep needed to hit a goal or if this is the company’s normal process nonetheless I want a full refund ASAP.

If I could I'd leave 0 stars, I would. This company is absolute FRAUD. Couldn't get any help for a commercial building because they don't have a "commercial department" to speak to. They don't guarantee canceling your service without getting a "call-back" from a random number. so so suspicious DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a great conversation with Savannah and also Sabrina. Savannah was training so Sabrina stepped in. Savannah was doing fantastic job though, just saying.
The call was pleasant, and concise, and never once did I feel intimidated or pressured, like I do on most Telemarket calls.
I usually don't answer telemarketing calls but took a chance. I am glad I did. No cost to sign up for the program and the perks are out of this world. This morning, I have already entered several drawings and earned many savings dollars. If ever I do not want to be a part of this, I can call and disconnect the savings program, no questions asked, no fees.
I still get my gas and heating services from DTE; however, my rates are lower, and I have more perks. If the rates fluctuate, my rate will be on the lower end.

I would give this company a zero star but Google doesn't allow this. I got a letter in the mail thanking me for switching to them about a week ago. I immediately called them and told them I never signed up for their service and was happy with my current supplier and had zero intention to follow through with this. They told me they came to my door and we approved it which was totally false.
We never did this. I told them to cancel it and they started a sales pitch to me. I told them I had zero interest and they gave me a confirmation number for cancellation. Forward one week later I get a letter from PPL saying I have a new energy supplier and my contract that I had locked in for 3 years at a lower rate is no longer valid. I'm super pissed this is extremely shady business practices. I plan to push this up the ladder through the PA Utility Commission to gain resolution. Get your hands out of my pockets.
