These are grimy crooks! They quoted one price when I signed up and didn't send a contract at sign up, then when they charged more than they said I called to ask why, they said "oh you didn't read the contract? There is an additional base charge of $3-4 every day no matter what your usage is." So we had cut our usage back to about $0.50 per day but were still being charged $3.50-4.50 DAILY! Horrible, DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES AND THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!

I pay about $40 every two days. When you pay the negative balance plus more to be over threshold, it still takes from you. I’m only using power when it’s free and I’m still getting negative balances. I’m exhausted with this company.

Worst experience ever! They took my payment to establish residential service. They turn around and canceled my service and have not returned my payment. They also didn’t send me anything in writing stating that they canceled my service & refunded me my money! Their customer service department is rude & unhelpful!! Keep your money & shop for power elsewhere!!!!

Crooks worst company I have ever been with every 2 days I pay 40bucks for power 900 square foot apartments when they remove the switch hold im leaving I pray that day comes soon they litterly make up usage you will wait 2 hours on the phone to get someone on the line and its always different answers when I signed up with them I was paying 6 bucks a day in the hottest months 2 months later I'm averaging 18.00 dollars a day in October in Texas no one can give me a reason .every 2 days I put in 40 it is absolutely ridiculous they are taking money from my kids mouths

Located in houston/Pasadena and we haven't had lights since Monday 5am due to the hurricane and now writing this Thursday July 11, 2024 and yall are still taking money without us even having power , I call and call and not one person answers, bad business ?

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Now Power/Acacia energy whoever they are. Literally horrible customer service. You can’t get a hold of anyone & when you do they’re completely rude. They act like they’re giving you a good deal but are actually scamming you. You’ll put money on the lights almost everyday & still it won’t ever be enough. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They’re are so many other better places who actually treat you like a human & also offer a much better service.

Someone should seriously launch an investigation because something isn’t right about the company and the way they calculate usage… I’m bringing this to someone’s attention asap. I’m sick of it!
I'm bringing these abnormal light bills to the attention of The Public Utility Commission of Texas.ASAP!!
