horrible people work here. shame on the employees of this establishment. they refused to send someone out to fix the AC while the homeowner was in the hospital with HEAT STROKE.

Major billing issues with them. I used their online automatic payment system which worked great until I moved and ended service. I submitted the final payment and forgot about it. Months later I got a bill from a collection agency. Apparently, they returned the check for an unknown reason to a prior address that I never received. Their online system showed my balance as zero and that I made the final payment. They had alternative contact information for me yet took the lazy route and just sent my bill to collections without contacting me by phone or e-mail. I wish I had other recourse but fell victim to a poor billing system.

Moved to Milltown in May and boy have they not been helpful. Honestly just dealing with them and the ones who run the internet service makes me want yo move away. Horrible dealing with them on all ends. Can't pay over the phone because why? Finally get someone on the phone who's not a voice mail. And boy was that super fun lol. I rather live by candlelight then ever get electric from these guys. The online payment is the worst. I got to see my neighbors bill tho lol.

PSEG worry free contract is scheme. We called three times for appliance repair. Call for refrigerator, washer and hot water heater. Each time technician come and find excuses or reasons and told us not repairable and said need to replace. We end up replacing refrigerator, washer and hot water heater. They are so laze and not even trying to fix it. Don’t look or try to fix it.

It is big scheme!!! Beware!!!

My gf and I wrote them a check in the mail to be delivered to there po box address only for them to never process it and ask were is the money. Like the sharks they are. The checks are still outstanding. Until today where we canceled them now we will just pay online. These people are dopes.

I moved 2 month ago and still didn't get my security deposit, very bad customer service. I called 4 times every time they promised that I'll receive my security deposit and no result! How they work there? It's outrageous!
