Just wanted to let you that Bailey was excellent. He got everything done, passed inspection and was very aware of the time I was without power. He obvoiusly knows what he is doing and did it well. But on top of that, he let me know exactly what was going on and when he would here, when he had to leave to get parts and when he would return. His communicating was very important to me and I appreciate his hard work. Thank you Bailey.

Scam. Shady. Unprofessional. Unorganized. The worst decision of my life so far. I could write a novel about how horrible it has been dealing with company. Our roof has been leaking for months because of the panels. Even their own repair men said our roof shouldn’t have been approved for panels. It’s been a literal nightmare dealing with these people. Every time i call I can never speak to anybody in charge. The person “in charge” is a coward and will only speak with me thru texts or email. They have ruined the idea of solar energy for my family and I. I even made the mistake of recommending them to a family friend and now they are also dealing with this nightmare of a company and I feel horrible and guilty about it. The salesmen take advantage of people and are just trying to make their money and afterwards they have no part in the installation process. Their job is to basically sell you this horrible loan then hand you off to Sunergy to deal with. Horrible sales people. Horrible company. Horrible contract. Wish we knew better. And to the people of Sunergy who read this: only respond if you’re ready to speak with me over the phone like a real adult. 🙂

The company came on time and prepared. They explained the whole process and answered all our questions. The install was fast, professional and came out great. I could not be more happy about my system. Definitely recommend if you are looking for solar panels for your Tampa home.

We had solar panels installed approximately 89 days ago. We are still waiting for them to be inspected by the city to be turned on. The city needs information from the company, but it is not being provided and payments on the panel have started this month. We were told we would have reimbursement coming because the company hasn’t provided all material to the city but we have yet to receive that as well. The company has also admitted fault that they still need to provide information to the city. This has been a frustrating process and feels like we have been scammed. All we want are these panels turned on and do not understand why it is not progressing forward.
