Poor customer service. I have been emailing, calling and texting them about a part i need returned. I dont know if they are trying to avoid me so that they dont have to give me my money back but i will keep reaching out until i get a full refund. I followed all of the return policy rules. The part is still in its original package and i purchased it 6/18/24 and notified them about an exchange or refund through email on 6/26/24...8 days after purchasing! I have purchased here in the past and everything has been amazing but now that i have a problem they dont wanna deal with me! Please do the right thing and email, call, or text me back!
