Plants I ordered were delayed during shipment and arrived looking like they’d had a rough trip and had lots of dying leaves. I contacted customer service right away and a free replacement shipment was sent. This second batch arrived promptly on the expected day and they all look great this time. What a difference, as you can clearly see by the photos - nice healthy plants that are already thriving, compared to the ones that were too long in the box.

I just wanted to say thank you! I couldn’t believe how quickly my order came. It was packaged BEAUTIFULLY! The plants are healthy and lively! I instantly set out to plant them in larger pots. I bought several mosquito repelling herbs to put in my outdoor seating area. Initially I had gone to my local shops and all the herbs looked so sad & dry. In my order for spring you can see one of my White Sage plants didn't fair well on the journey to my house. I contacted the company and in no time I had a replacement which I am happy to say is thriving.

My order of 2 French Tarragon plants had a rough transit and arrived with most of the dirt spilled from one plant and some spilled from the other. I sent The Growers Exchange the details and a picture. I asked for one plant to be replaced and offered to pay half the shipping. Next thing I know I received an email saying my order had shipped. Two days later I received a fresh order of 2 French Tarragon plants in much better condition than the damaged first order. Nice people that guarantee their plants! I recommend them.
